France Chervoillot

France Chervoillot has been training in the practice and teaching of Tai Chi Chuan, Qi Gong and Meditation for 20 years. 2012 Cheng Man Ching World Form Champion (37 paces, Tai Chi Chuan) with the Cheng Man Ching School Federation team, she holds the Soft Gymnastics Professional Qualification Certificate (CQP). She received a Certifying Training in Qi Gong – Nei Yang Gong (3 years) at the School of Gentle Development (Paris) as well as a Masters of Deepening in Zhi Neng Qi Gong (2 years) and a Master in Dao – Quan Zhen Dao (1 year) at the same school.
She has been teaching these disciplines since 2011.

The Qi Gong

Qi Gong are ancestral methods to learn how to transform our body towards ever more life, sensation and vitality. Physical (body work), energetic (breath work through breathing and sensation), and mental (focused attention and peripheral attention).

Breathe big with this body practice with ancestral virtues. Calming and vitalizing movements. Harmonizes the planes of body, breath and mind. Integrated into the Vidal of Western preventive medicine.

Tai Chi Chuan

Tai Chi Chuan uses Qi Gong methods for soft and tonic martial purposes, in relation to a partner. The techniques of pulling/ pushing will allow us to develop the 5 qualities to cultivate for the mastery of Qi (feel, unite, rooted, absorb, emit).

Come learn the fundamentals of this harmonious and powerful Taoist internal martial art. Classified as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO. Integrated into the Vidal of Western preventive medicine.
