The registration can be individual for technical classes Leader & Follower, "From body to tango" ,"Tai chi -Tango" and Tango Pilates workshops (20 persons max).

Participants must choose requested number of classes on timetables, according to the theme, maestros and availability:

• 67 classes of tango, (couples or tecnic leader-follower)
• 3 classes of folklore
• 12 workshops

In these 12 workshops, our three instructors will offer you technical guidance on body awareness as applied to tango, using Tango Pilates, ‘Corps au Tango’ and Tai Chi Tango to provide a complementary approach for dancers of all levels.

Silvana Núñez is the creator of Tango Pilates, a training method designed to deepen body awareness and strengthen the specific muscles used in tango. The principles of Pilates are applied to the biomechanics and dynamics of tango, focusing on:

- The axis, walking, the spirals, dissociation, stability and musicality.

· 4 classes of "From body to tango" by Sylvie Dugachard

-    Body awareness in movement to release tension
-    Comfort, stability and expressiveness in the feet
-    Loosening the pelvis to free up the legs and protect the back
-    Relaxing the shoulders and neck for a comfortable abrazo

· 4 classes of Tai chi –tango by France Chervoillot

-    Roots and axis: the stability that sets us free
-    Listening through touch: the silent dialogue
-    Spiral movement: pivots, dissociation and fluidity
-    Intention before form: presence and inner musicality

Each class can be chosen separately even if the classes with each instructor can be considered and followed as a whole.
