Since the Tai Chi teacher is unavailable, Sylvie Dugachard has agreed to resume this course. She is not a Taï Chi teacher. But, inspired by the themes that were planned, she adapted them by introducing the practice of qi gong movements an energetic awakening in order to find more relaxation, fluidity and harmony in the body In connection with the tango, qi gong allows a better sensory awareness of the body in motion .
C 5: Release joints for smoother movements
Gradually release from our unnecessary muscle tensions that hinder our dance, will give space, of «air» in the joints and promote circulation in movement and fluidity in our tango.
