Since the Tai Chi teacher is unavailable, Sylvie Dugachard has agreed to resume this course. She is not a Taï Chi teacher. But, inspired by the themes that were planned, she adapted them by introducing the practice of qi gong movements an energetic awakening in order to find more relaxation, fluidity and harmony in the body In connection with the tango, qi gong allows a better sensory awareness of the body in motion .

C 8: Listening to his breathing; relaxation and fluidity

To listen to one’s breath, to let the movement circulate throughout the body free from unnecessary tensions, for a more fluid dance in a quiet listening of the presence to the other.
