The Galván Quintet is an Argentine ensemble that takes tango to its deepest essence.  It was founded in 2022 at the Galván Workshop in Buenos Aires, where bandoneons have been manufactured and restored for over ten years. Its unique and powerful line-up features three bandoneonists accompanied by violin, guitar and vocals, creating a dense, enveloping and deeply emotional sound. 
Its repertoire includes traditional tangos, waltzes and milongas, as well as pure Argentine folklore, with experts in both genres.
They have performed in several countries on their three European tours and at festivals and milongas in Buenos Aires. In 2026, they will undertake two new European tours.
