Noelia Sinkunas Quartet
Known for her innovative blend of tango and chamamé with contemporary styles, Noelia Sinkunas is a talented Argentine pianist, composer and producer.
She was the curator of the tango section, pianist and arranger for the "Autoras argentinas" series (March 2021, Kirchner Cultural Centre), which, under the musical direction of Lucy Patané, staged a repertoire of songs written by women and diverse artists.
She won the 2023 Gardel Award for her album "Salve". This work has been critically acclaimed, positioning her as a key composer on the new Argentine music scene.
She recently released her fourth album, Unión y Perseverancia, in collaboration with renowned musicians.
Noelia Sinkunas has performed throughout Latin America and Europe, captivating audiences. Noelia aims to challenge and expand the boundaries of Argentine popular music.
Her 2024 tour has been marked by memorable moments, such as closing the 27th edition of the Sonorama Ribera festival in Spain with Ysy A, concerts at the Auditorio Nacional Sodre in Uruguay with Mocchi, and remarkable events in Santiago de Chile and Bogotá with the Electronic Octect Piazzolla conducted by Nico Sorin.
