Composer and lyricist Emanuela Parrupato sings in Chet Nuneta and several world music groups. After A Voglia and inspired by her Italian origins, she continues to offer a captivating and very personal interpretation of tango.
Agustín Luna
Born in 1981 in La Plata, Argentina. He began studying guitar with Marcelo Iglesias and Julio Azcano, and then continued his training at the Luis Gianneo Provincial Conservatory of Music in Mar del Plata with Professor Silvia Castro.
At only 18 years of age, his presence at the 2000 Baradero Festival —the 26th Argentine Popular Music Festival— earned him the ‘Revelation’ award. Since then, he has also made frequent appearances at the ‘Guitarras del Mundo Festival,’ the world's largest gathering of prestigious national and international guitarists who tour different venues located in Argentine cities.
He continued his university education and in 2007 graduated as a music teacher specialising in guitar, a degree awarded by the Faculty of Fine Arts of the National University of La Plata.
In 2008, he travelled to Florence (Italy) to perfect his classical guitar skills with maestro Edoardo Catemario.
He subsequently toured Spain, Italy, the United States, Brazil and Uruguay.
In 2011, he released his album Corde à l'air, part of the famous collection Guitarras del Mundo (vol. 37), published by EPSA Music, in which he performs his own arrangements and versions of tango and folk music, featuring guest appearances by the famous guitarist Juan Falú.
