Born in Buenos Aires, Sandra felt very early on passionate about the popular repertoire of Argentina. From her early Parisian debut in 1987 at the famous Argentine cabaret Les Trottoirs de Buenos Aires, she often mixed theatre and dance with singing. Between 1997 and 2021, Sandra sang with the Gran Orquesta de Tango of Juan José Mosalini all over the world.
She brilliantly interprets the title role of Maria de Buenos Aires, operita of Astor Piazzolla and Horacio Ferrer, accompanied by various formations and directors: the Orchestre National de Flandres in Belgium; the Ensemble de Basse-Normandie in France; with the Ivan Filipović Chamber Orchestra in Croatia; at the Toulon Opera, a first performance with the National Opera Ballet; in Poland several times, conducted by guitarist Krystof Messinger. She has also performed in numerous shows, Flor de tango, Fatal tango, Un animal de dos lenguas, Pas a deux, Charbons ardents, Tangos, verduras y otras yerbas, Mambo mistico, Concha bonita, Nubes y tango, Historia verdadera de La Perichole, Otango, Siete sueños, Noche Tango/Alma de tango ... Under the direction of directors such as Alfredo Arias, Julie Brochen, Camilla Saraceni, Véronique Bellegarde, Christian Germain or the dancer Jorge Rodriguez.
Regularly invited to record and sing in various current tango formations: Ensemble Jerez Le Cam, Les Fleurs Noires, Quatuor Debussy, Quatuor Caliente, she has also worked with great soloists such as Juanjo Mosalini, Victor Villena, William Sabatier, Ophélie Gaillard or in duet with Kevin Seddiki. Her presence on the French and European tango scene is undeniable, making her an essential figure in the genre.

In 2018 she leads a project with the double bassist and composer leonardo Teruggi: Tangos between strings, an atypical string quartet or her voice masterfully slips between the violin of Cyril Garac, the cello of Lionel Allemand and the bass of Leonardo Teruggi. It is a varied and demanding repertoire, with new compositions where she is the author.
In 2023/24 different projects like Tablao de tango, a creation and a tour with the Argentinian pianist and composer Gerardo le Cam. Sandra also becomes the voice of the Septet of bandoneonist Fabrizio Colombo, young Argentinian composer and arranger established in France since 2021.
Sandra has been touring the most prestigious venues in Europe and around the world for years, proud of her Argentine culture and her Latin identity, curious and often ready to the most unlikely musical fusions.
Since 2013 she has been the founder of the Bordeaux Cité Tango Festival, where she is artistic director.
