THE SONGS OF THE SOUL
Les chants de l'âme (Songs of the Soul) is a musical show in four parts, created by pianist Anne Mascetti, singer Emanuela Perrupato and dancer Klara Beyeler, based on the works of Astor Piazzolla, composer and precursor of tango nuevo.
Between the lines of the stave, a completely different score will be played, that of life's journey through the seasons, from childhood to oblivion, through its torments and its follies.
From music box piano to Pandora's box piano, a vision of the fringes of traditional tango will emerge. A story that is both intimate and universal, a mixed story, intense and light, poetic and violent, funny and moving... .
